I am sorry you feel as you do but I think you need to read your emails. On the 22nd of April, you asked to cancel the package as of the 28th of April, which is a Sunday. I responded you your email saying that was fine. I have double checked and carers did go to the visit on the 28th of April which was the last Sunday of the service. Further, I asked if you would like the package terminated the next day as you were a private client and because your Mom was refusing all care and we were only giving medication which you were going to take over, I thought this would save you money. This was more said out of compassion. I did not receive your email on the following day as I was out of the country but you do have our 0800 number which is 24 hours and you could have called that number.
