Thank you for your lovely words about our amazing care team. I know that your mum has a  special place in the care staff's hearts, they were all very fond of her. She always made them smile with some of the comments she used to say to them, always with that slight grin on her face. Such a determined lady, knew exactly what she wanted, and how she wanted it. She is free now like a beautiful butterfly and will never be forgotten.
