I remember our first phone call and your concern that your mum may initially be reluctant to have companionship support.  However, it was great that she liked the care professionals and office team and very quickly adapted and even enjoyed their company.  Her needs changed more quickly than expected and I know the team worked diligently to ensure that those needs were met which I hope made a difficult time a little easier for you both.
