Our review confirms we addressed safety concerns with the community OT regarding your husband & our staff during moving & handling. We adhered to OT guidance & provided care while awaiting additional equipment. For their safety, 2 staff were removed. We addressed a reported incident in personal care with the involved staff ensuring immediate correction with no further issues reported. After removing staff at your request 4 additional regulars including 2 experienced staff were assigned. We could not accommodate a 5:30AM care call but agreed 6AM with you. Our manager sought to extend care times for better support. A meeting scheduled for 30.05.24 was cancelled by your family due to your change in providers.
