We are sorry to see you post such a negative review Suzanne particularly since we remedied our error and apologised before you posted this review. Your mother-in-law's chosen method of payment was by card, it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that we can keep the details on file. We agreed in January that the standard of care we had delivered was below the five star standard of care we endeavour to deliver every time because of this we agreed to write off the costs for the care delivered. Unfortunately due to an administrative error the credit note wasn't correctly allocated and a member of the accounts team presumed that the payment was outstanding and cleared the balance down using a payment from the card on file. We discussed this with you, apologised for our error and refunded the money immediately. I'm sure it was an oversight that you seem to have missed this element out from your review. Regarding your comment that this was a GDPR breach I can assure you it wasn't.
