It is so lovely to hear that you value the carer's friendship, as well as their practical professional support. Friendship and personal connection are such a valuable aspect of everyone's day to day; it is really lovely to hear you receive that from the carers. We do ensure we keep continuity with our carers - and clients, however, we do appreciate that any changes (such as holiday cover, or even working-pattern change from a staff member) can feel significant. We always do everything we can in the instances which we as the management team, can control. We conduct frequent satisfaction calls, and 'friendship' visits from the management team each month to ensure we receive people's feedback, views and suggestions on the service as our main goal has always been, and will continue to always be, the best outcomes possible for you, the person receiving the service.
