What a wonderful review of our service and we are truly grateful that you have recognised and highlighted our desire to always go over and above for our clients.  Securing a package of care from hospital is not always easy or straightforward, so it was a pleasure assisting your mum to get back home as soon as possible, making sure that she was well enough to do so.
