Our staff are complimented on their care and empathy, we endeavoured to meet your requirements, ultimately going through every member of staff available. The "inappropriate touching" was intended as supportive and caring to you when you were upset. We did investigate this matter and found no cause for concern. On the occasion where crockery was broken, it happened after the care assistant had left the property, so was not taken further. The harassment you refer to was a reminder for a late payment which arrived simultaneously on the same day as your payment. All of your signed documents were sent to you first class after you could not open the PDFs. We wish you all the best for the future.
