It had not been brought to our attention that you are not happy with the timings of the morning and bed call, we will be in touch to review this - we always try to meet client preferences where possible. I am very sorry to learn that you feel you are being rushed during personal care, again if this was brought to our attention sooner we could have addressed this with the relevant staff.
