Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All double-handed packages are male/female carers and the package must be accepted by the service user before we commence any care.  We have listened to your concerns and have discussed the matter and I am afraid that we cannot always accommodate all female carers on a double-handed visit. We have recommended and explained that all service users and their carers/families have the right to ask social services for a new provider that can accommodate female-only carers. We hope you can understand.
