The claims made in the review are not correct. A thorough investigation was conducted by our management, the client's allocated social worker, the CQC and the Safeguarding team. The investigation to her claims was concluded on February 1, 2024, and it was found that she had not been telling the truth. The investigation looked at all the evidence against the claims made. As a compassionate care provider, our primary focus is on meeting the needs of our service users. We would never allow untrained staff to provide care. It is unfortunate that even after the investigation to validate her claims, she still went on to give such a false review. We would have thought that with all the effort we put into meeting her needs she would have appreciated it. We will continue to treat all our clients with Dignity and respect and our motto will always be service users' needs come first.
