Thank you for booking us to look after your Mum and Dad, during the brief two-week respite cover we provided for you and we appreciate your feedback. As a new company, we are always looking for ways to improve the service we provide. Our longer-term clients have regular care staff, who know the clients well. Due to the short duration of cover, added to the mix of carers who visited, it was more of a challenge. Moving forward, we take on board your feedback as we expand our business.
