Thank you for your review, as discussed with your family members, there was an unfortunate number of matters that needed addressing during the start of the care. These had been rectified before this review had been published, and before we were aware of the review. Senior staff have been liaising to make sure everything is continuing to run well. We are aware this is the first time you have recieved support in the home and unfortunately there can sometimes be a settling in period, related to clients with additional needs, alongside managing a hybrid staff team. We acknowledge that a carer had not met our high standards in one incident and a disciplinary was completed. Although we understand your frustrations, improvements were made before we were aware of this review and we would strongly recommend any client to allow us the time to get to know clients, and make positive changes where needed.
