It's delightful to hear that your mother is receiving respectful and dignified care from our dedicated team of carers and that their reliability, punctuality and excellent communication skills have made a positive impact on your mother's well-being. We understand your concern about the varying carers attending to your mother and the challenges this may pose.  However, it is important to note that due to staff availability, absences, and holiday rotations, assigning 1 or 2 regular carers over a 2 year period can be challenging, regarding the request that we give the names of carers visiting in advance. We are committed to resolving this issue. We will continue to review relevant administrative processes and explore ways to enhance communication with you regarding the carers' schedules to address this concern satisfactorily.
