Amazing to have such lovely feedback and even better to hear that your Mum is now safe and happy in her own home and that you as a family have peace of mind. That sounds like the holy trinity of care.  Feedback is so important to know we are on the right track but your comment on putting your mum at the centre of everything we do is huge for us to hear as that is what we would always want to do.
