We are delighted to have provided consistent care, even with the challenges posed by limited local staff availability over the past two years. Despite these difficulties, we ensured continuity of care with almost no cancellations, particularly during your recent health challenges related to Covid. Our entire team, including the owner and registered manager, worked closely together to provide round-the-clock support. We also acknowledge the one-time communication issue which occurred about two years ago when there was a brief misunderstanding in the first 30 seconds of a call, where it wasn't immediately clear that the call was from Home Instead.
