We're sorry you don't feel there is communication with your schedule. We do email you a schedule in advance each week, which is opened, however, we are always happy to look for other ways of communicating this and make improvements. Our carers all receive Alzheimer's training. What we do know, is that for people living with Alzheimer's, it really is unique to each person the care they receive and not a 'one size fits all' approach works. Sometimes this can take time, innovation and thinking outside the box to achieve tasks and other activities or sometimes we are unfortunately unsuccessful.
