Thank you so much for your kind review. Completing the 'tasks' on a care plan are obviously important and, can be critical. The importance of having genuinely caring staff who, have the time for conversation and to listen, should never be overlooked. This time also allows trained, professional caregivers to observe and monitor: is the client in good spirits?, are they communicating as usual, are they sitting comfortably -essentially looking for changes which could indicate, infection, progression of a condition or a low mood, all of which are hugely significant. This is person-centred care.
