Thank you, we deeply appreciate this review and we totally recognise the wonderful level of care that your mum received from you and your family. During the past two years, your mum formed strong bonds with her carers and they really enjoyed looking after her. She was certainly independent and her carers loved to hear her making clear choices about how she wanted to be supported.  As your mum declined, they all felt privileged to be able to provide an enhanced level of care and to ensure that her wish to remain at home was fulfilled.
