This included involving the District Nurses' Matron to assist with creating a catheter care plan and assigning only senior carers to your loved one's care. All our staff are trained in dementia care and hold Care Certificates, which include training in food preparation, hygiene, and other essential areas. Our manager was highly responsive to your concerns and worked diligently alongside other health professionals to ensure your family member remained safe and secure in their own home.
