Additionally, staff faced considerable challenges during their interactions with you, which unfortunately included instances of being addressed with inappropriate and derogatory language. We commend the team for maintaining their professionalism and continuing to deliver exceptional care and support to your mum under these circumstances. For the record, there was never any safeguarding inquiry concerning your mother's care in the numerous meetings with local authority representatives. Our last meeting focused on relocating your mother due to her changing needs, as she could no longer safely live alone in that accommodation setting. We assure you that your mother's care consistently remained our top priority throughout.
