Social services has praised our efforts as they understand the difficulties. We have visited your gran 3x/day or almost 1400 times since our start. Staff use an app on their phones to document the provided care and visits are audited to ensure our support is of the highest level. Your medication comment is not accurate. Additionally, on numerous occasions we provided items that were left off your orders and we find your comments odd. Lastly, your value-for-money rating is perplexing as most of our support is funded by social services thus costing your gran very little. Our team works incredibly hard to deliver the best care possible and your gran will confirm she adores her carers.
