Thank you for taking my call last Friday regarding this particular review, I'm sorry to hear you'd had a negative experience from Kinetic Nursing Services.   However I was very happy to hear from yourself that staff had done an amazing job on making her look beautiful that particular day and that you were currently very happy with your staff and service.
