Thank you for mentioning all of us,  the Care Team and the Management Team, in your lovely review. We do pride ourselves on our communication, which of course starts from the carers observations shared to us, and thereafter we like to keep the families in the loop too. It was lovely supporting your Mum, after a few visits she began to build a good rapport with our carers . We wish her well in  her new sheltered accommodation.
