Hello, we are sorry to hear of your experience with Annicare. I can understand your frustrations as a mother, and from your daughter's perspective. We have tried to accommodate all timing and gender requests where possible but as stated when we first transitioned from one carer to two, we could not promise no males. We would have loved to have been able to meet all of your daughter's needs, but unfortunately due to the way our teams work it's not achievable, which is why we stated we feel she would be best cared for by a private carer, or a smaller company with a smaller team instead, who would be more able to meet all of her needs. I can only apologise that we weren't the right fit, and I do hope you find a care provider who can meet all your daughter's needs and wishes. Thank you for your feedback.
