Thank you for the feedback. We know that service levels have not been what we require and have not been for the last few months. Because of this, we took action to change things. As a result, we now have a totally new management team. We have invested in new systems, training, and new managers who have already made an enormous difference in the running of the service, staff contentment, and our clients' happiness. A recent inspection from Somerset Council praised the new management team for their tremendous improvement in such a short period. However, we are not stopping there. Our new management team's desire to not only correct the legacy issues and improve but to be the very best will continue. Our new manager will shortly be visiting all of our clients in person to ensure that our service is not just meeting but exceeding their expectations.
