All your previous allegations were investigated and found unsubstantiated by ourselves and third parties. The communication breakdown was from your end, despite our repeated efforts to contact you, your behaviour during interactions was hostile and aggressive. Our policies and procedures are readily accessible, as you are fully aware, having received and reviewed these documents in the past. We maintain accurate client records and cannot falsify care documentation.  Despite our efforts to support your child's transition into adulthood, you resisted their independence and withheld care provision.  We champion inclusivity and independence and did not condone your negative characterisation of your child.  Due to your obstruction of the care plan, we served notice on your service.
