Life Care Plus acknowledges the concerns raised by a client regarding their loved one's care. Despite the company's commitment to providing quality care and addressing challenges, the client's experience was unsatisfactory. The company values feedback and strives for improvement, but adheres to professional care plans to ensure safety. Issues arose when balancing specific demands with guidelines, particularly a request for a week-long shadowing period, which posed financial constraints. Despite efforts to accommodate, the family chose not to continue the care plan. We ensure all staff are trained according to the Care Act and company policy, with thorough inductions and shadowing by senior staff. Over two and a half years, the company faced challenges due to the family's demands and abusive behaviour toward Carers and Care Manager. Ultimately, due to ongoing issues, Life Care Plus issued a notice and ended the care arrangement. The company remains committed to providing excellent care.
