You told me you have resolved the food waste issue by telling the Carer what is being prepared on the day and whether they would like the same or something different . That is a good way to reduce food waste and to ensure there is choice for everyone. You told me this review relates to one Carer , we discussed options of what you wanted to happen and so I feel we have now resolved the matter and you are feeling much happier with the outcome. I explained that I am always available to discuss any concerns and that you must not sit on things that are bothering you with any of the Care we are providing . It was good to hear this Carer is always 100% with your husband as the client, I would expect no less. Again thank you for taking the time to complete the review.
