Thank you for taking the time to write this lovely review for us. It is a pleasure to be able to support with mum and I know that all the carers are happy to provide her with not only the physical support but help with her mental wellbeing as well. As manager,  I am pleased that her family feel confident in the support that we provide and that mum is happy with how the team work and I am pleased that mum has now regained some of her independence and can manage some tasks and we have reduced our daily visits as to match mum's daily requirements now.
