Following this concern raised to myself, we've had a meeting and although there have been one or two occurrences afterwards, this concern has been dealt with promptly. We now have a robust monitoring process to ensure our staffs are on time and supporting our service users as per their needs and safely. Also, we now have a direct message line including messaging service with management which will ensure concerns are dealt with promptly and swiftly to prevent any disruption to service.
