I am sorry you weren't happy with our service on this occasion. Our record shows you were refusing support most of the time and would only accept help from one carer who lives close to you. All our carers have their Care Certificates and are well trained on how to spot obvious signs of clients in need of help. During a review on 07/01/25, you stated that you are happy with your carer but would like to reduce your visits from 7 to 3 days a week due to a "private arrangement" and cost and on 20/01/25, you cancelled your visits permanently. You received care 11/12/24 to 23/01/25, all cost incurred would be forwarded to you by the local authority who commissioned your care package. On 15/02/25, your son called us stating that you needed immediate help but he was informed that because your care visits had been terminated, we were not able to support you but advised him to go through the local authority to reinstate your care package.
