We are sorry you feel the care provided was not to your standard, we do have a duty to prioritise direct care provision over domestic services in relation to times of visits, occasionally times of visits are unavoidably changed due to emergencies that can occur. We have looked into your concerns and it is our understanding that the fish tank (significant in size) water change task was asked of the carer and this was completed, however, this is not a task we would undertake due to health safety protocols.
