Our care workers were trained and informed about the specific needs.Despite our best efforts, we faced a breakdown in communication and trust with the family. Our care workers were subjected to verbal abuse even while we followed all protocols. Additionally, the son made requests beyond the support plan, raising safeguarding concerns.After exhausting all resources, we had to transfer the package to the ICB, as previous agencies had done. We apologize for the negative experience and understand the challenges it caused. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our services moving forward.
