I have visited the home myself in response to a request from H H and also to follow up in six weeks time,  for this service user and we have agreed to set times for calls and regular carers as much as possible, this has been happening and has been maintained. We have one outstanding issue which is not care related but technical and we are hoping this is resolved soon.
