I'm sorry you feel training is poor, staff are trained above mandatory standards, evidenced extensively in development folders with theory and practical assessments. Were proud our attrition rate is below 1% with staff surverys showing staff are happy. Staff are encouraged to discuss any issues at any time. The incident mentioned happened several hours after staff left when in the care of others not staff as per contract. These allegations cover a period the manager was not in the country but seem directed towards her personally, but she acknowledges feedback. Im sorry you were led to believe otherwise but the decision to serve notice was due to staff refusing to enter due to treatment of them not due to complaint, we take staff wellbeing seriously and do not serve notice easily.
