Your father has been a client of ours since 2022 and has been happy and cared for by our team with no complaints or concerns. Only recently have you (SG) become more and more involved in his care. Unfortunately due to your aggressive and intimidating behaviour towards care and office staff we had to give 30 days notice to cease the package of care due to carers not wanting to visit whilst you were present. All our staff are trained to the highest standards, but the care your dad recently needed (PEG) required specialist training which we had arranged to do with a PEG nurse, sadly you turned them away when they arrived even though this had been arranged with you by management previously. You have continuously tried to belittle members of staff.  We had a great relationship with your dad so it is a shame that it has come to this and you felt the need to try and continue to manipulate others. We wish your dad well for the future and hope he continues to get the care he deserves.
