End of life care is so important to get right as  there are always unexpected events which can cause huge distress and so our training and commitment to try and go the extra mile as our clients deteriorate is crucial. Responding with compassion and acting swiftly in these moment so you can  feel that your loved one is safe in our hands is the ultimate accolade .
