I am very shocked to read this review, and I am wondering if you are referring to the other agency that also cared for your Dad?  He had a small team of regular carers from us that visited him once a day, with a combined total of over 49years experience, all fully trained who went over and above what would normally be expected of any care agency.   We were very sorry to hear of your dads passing, but we were not involved in his care in the last weeks of his life as he was in hospital.
