Thank you for reviewing the service and your comments made regarding timings of the visit for your loved one. It is important to listen to feedback so we can improve our service. As such we are grateful that we have had the opportunity to meet with yourself and loved one with one of our managers so that we could address the issue. We have shared our family and friends app with you so you will be able to see the exact times of our visits that take place which I am sure you will find helpful in the future.  As a service we will also check call times regularly to ensure they are within times requested.
