Thank you for your 5 star review and we are glad that all of the team are respectful.  We appreciate the comment about time changes and do have a 15 minute tolerance on time changes where we don't always contact a client but this is generally for last minute time changes due to circumstances on the day, otherwise we always strive to let our clients know about time changes and will work with people to make sure the times are suitable for the clients needs.
