Oh wooow Alex, what more can I say.  We are humbled by your review.  I had to hold back tears as I read your review.  This is why I joined this industry, it warms my heart.  There is nothing more fulfilling than to make a positive impact in the life of another and those that are around them.  Your mum is special, we look forward to visiting her everyday, where she will be eagerly waiting to tell us all that happened during the day, the up and down moments but all in all, we never leave without a hard laugh.
