Thank you for your kind words about our carers were so pleased to hear your mum has felt well looked after. We're really sorry for the recent changes in carers and timings. Unfortunately, from time to time we do have to make adjustments due to things like staff illness, annual leave, or unexpected client needs but we completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when someones used to a regular face and routine.
