If we're outside of this window, we always aim to call ahead.Regarding cancellations, we pay our care team for late-notice cancellations as they rely on a stable income and are still scheduled to work. As a Living Wage Employer, we're committed to paying staff fairly.All of this is clearly explained at the initial assessment, and we pride ourselves on transparent pricing.
