Prior to the placement, we had many conversations to ensure everything was clear. The carer arrived a day early to familiarise herself with routines and during the placement daily unannounced visits were made by me and our Manager to check on the wellbeing of your loved one and our carer. Each time he was well supported and expressed satisfaction with the care. Our carer was engaged in regular conversations and activities, such as word search games, and was invited to stay an additional night upon your return, suggesting your satisfaction. The cost was based on comparisons you provided and followed months of satisfactory care. We are proud of the high level of training our carers receive and regret we couldn't discuss these concerns directly. We remain open to further conversation and are always committed to improving our service.
