It has been our honour to support your mum and to work with the family to make your mum as  comfortable as  possible.  We all gave the best care possible.  Your family was able to fulfil your  mum's  wishes by being able to remain home and be with family.  Thank you for your kindness and for inviting  us to say good bye.
