All feedback is greatly appreciated and provides us with the drive to further improve our service. I have  investigated your grievances, with regards to the some of the carers being judgemental towards you, i apologise for this, but i can assure you, this will not have been their intention. The carers have to implement their training, where certain tasks are not allowed. These tasks can be done by family, but not by our staff, they are limited to what social services allow and cannot allow. This is purely to safeguard our clients and the carers. Regarding the time spent with your father, this has been looked into, and more often than not, they are completing the full duration of the visit, however, we will ensure that all carers do spend the scheduled time.
