As indicated on the last sentence, there has been a discussion with the family asking if the carers could come at 10pm. We briefly discussed and indicaed that, we will be maintaing an average of four hour gap between the calls following the pressure area sore management plan. Morning around 09:30hrs; Lunch around 1330hrs -1400hrs; Tea around 1730hrs-1800hrs; Night around 2200hrs. We have been going an extra mile and carers have been finishing very late. The morning call has always been done before 1000hrs. The family have been communicating and calling to check on carers. Carers raised concern of the clattered house which made it difficult to do moving and handling with the hoist. Family have been discriminatorily asking for the native carers. Manager visited the property and it was raised to the social services. Currently serving the notice.
