Many thanks for taking the time to review the service. I note that the review card relates to August 25 during a period where there were two care staff members that you felt did not engage as effectively as others. There then followed a discussion with the delivery team, after which upon a review call that was made, stated there was positive feedback for 10/10. We feel that this has continued as when a senior staff member attended on the 2nd October 25, very positive feedback was once again given in regard to the service.We would like to think that we listened to initial feedback and acted to achieve long-term positive outcomes in service delivery.
