We appreciate your feedback, however we cannot allow this to go unchallenged. We did everything possible to work with you to resolve your concerns. It is unfortunate that you allowed your prejudice to undermine the care we were trying to provide to your mother. The accusation that we did not communicate is simply false: you had a designated contact in our office providing regular assessments & reviews in person at your mother's home, and was accessible to you in person, via telephone & email. We are proud to employ a diverse workforce & were not prepared to discriminate & pander to your intolerance. When your behaviour towards our staff worsened from verbal abuse to physical aggression, we had no choice but to end the package of care as they were no longer safe in your presence. A genuine reflection of Tru Caring can be found in our CQC reports or by contacting Hampshire Council or local health professionals about the hundreds of clients we have cared for over the last 14 years.
